1. Our Products

Harbour & Hound provides hand-baked dog treats, including our Salmon Crunch and Peanut Hearts, as well as a monthly treat box subscription service. All treats are prepared with care in Falmouth, Cornwall.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment for one-off treat bags and subscription boxes is processed securely via our online checkout. Subscription payments are recurring; by signing up, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

3. Delivery and Fulfilment

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location. As a small-batch bakery, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your dog's treats.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Due to the nature of our perishable goods, we generally do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

5. Acceptable Use

Our products are intended for canine consumption only. Please ensure you follow feeding guidelines and consult your veterinarian if your dog has specific dietary requirements or allergies.

6. Liability

Harbour & Hound is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
